Add Claude Code setup and update privacy policy hosting

- Update privacy policy: replace Cloudflare Pages with statichost.eu
- Add CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md for Claude Code project configuration
- Update .gitignore with Claude Code local files

+- **Images**: Optimized via Astro's built-in image processing (sharp). No compression via astro-compress for images.
